Lee Baker
Lee Baker is a state-licensed facility that provides health and personal services to the elderly and developmentally disabled population. Our staff is trained to handle the needs of this population, including dementia care. Our home is conveniently located minutes from the highway, retail stores, and parks.
Wormer
Wormer Residential is a licensed facility that provides a supported service program designed for vulnerable adults, including the intellectually disabled, developmentally disabled and more. Our program is designed to provide a safe, secure person centered care for our residents.
